1. Booking Fees

All booking fees are non-refundable as they secure your appointment and compensate for lost business opportunities in case of cancellation.

By paying the booking fee, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you (the client) cancel your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded. Additional payments made may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the cancellation notice period.

If we (Gian Torres HMUA) cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee.
3. Changes & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Booking fees can be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests must be made with at least 7 days' notice to avoid forfeiting payments.
4. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, all payments, including the booking fee, will be forfeited.

Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
5. Service Satisfaction

We ensure high-quality service, but refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the final look after the service is completed. Adjustments can be made on-site within reason.
