Refund Policy

At Gian Torres HMUA, we strive to provide exceptional hair and makeup services. Please review our refund policy before booking.

1. Booking Fees

  • All booking fees are non-refundable as they secure your appointment and compensate for lost business opportunities in case of cancellation.

  • By paying the booking fee, you agree to this policy.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you (the client) cancel your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded. Additional payments made may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the cancellation notice period.

  • If we (Gian Torres HMUA) cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Booking fees can be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made with at least 7 days' notice to avoid forfeiting payments.

4. No-Shows & Late Cancellations

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, all payments, including the booking fee, will be forfeited.

  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

5. Service Satisfaction

  • We ensure high-quality service, but refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the final look after the service is completed. Adjustments can be made on-site within reason.
